On 7 April 2022, Natasa Milic-Frayling, Intact Digital CEO, took part in the Winter School 2022 on "Ethical and Legal Aspects of Data", organized by The Data Engineering for Data Science (DEDS) Programme in Athens (4-8 April 2022).

In her seminar on “Responsible Innovation and Quality Assurance in Data Science & AI”, Natasa covered topics in ethics, professional code of conduct, ethical design, and critical issues of accountability, responsibility and liability in computing profession, including the emerging regulations on quality assurance in data science and AI.

DEDS programme is part of the Horizon 2020 -Marie Skłodowska-Curie Innovative Training Networks framework. It carries out foundational research in Big Data value chain to improve data management efficiency in Data Science as applied across public sector and industries, including Energy, Health, Finance, Transport, and Customer Relationship and Support.  

DEDS includes a Doctoral Training Centre which organizes DEDS Winter and Summer Schools. Winter School 2022 was the first in a series of events that will be held over the following three years.
